- Same day service cut-off time for up island is 11:30am
- Same day Lower mainland service cut-off time is 10:00am
- Direct to the Lower mainland service cut-off time is 1:00pm
- All rates are subject to insurance and other surcharges
- Rates do not include G.S.T.
- Specific surcharges:
- COD Fees $5.00
- Country area $20.00 extra
- Residential deliveries
$5.00
- Insurance - extra
- P.O. Box deliveries are unavailable
- Time of delivery is not guaranteed
- All deliveries are subject to weather and traffic conditions
- Accounts are payable when rendered
- 2% interest charge if accounts are over 20 days due
- We do not accept or deliver dangerous goods
- Waiting time; first 10 minutes is free; each additional 5 minutes
is $1.50
- Ordering on-line; you must have an account with us first
- We also provide delivery log books instead of way bills
- All claims must be forwarded to Island Motorcycle
